COVID-19 and Newbabywish

We will do our best to deliver your parcel, but due to the influence of COVID-19, the delivery time may be longer than usual.

1. Can I place an order? What’s the estimated delivery time?

Yes, Newbabywish has two warehouses in the U.S to ensure fast and safe delivery. Most items ship from the U.S warehouse, it takes about 3-7 working days to deliver. For parcels that ship from China, it may take 20-30 working days to deliver based on the current situation.

2. Can I make refunds?

Yes, for returns and exchange, please contact us. We will reply to you within 24 hours and give you the return instruction.

3. Is it safe to receive orders?

Yes, for guidance on coronavirus, please refer to the WHO website. To the safety of customers and couriers, most shipping carriers adopt the contactless service and cancel the signature service. Please pay attention to your shipping information and take your parcel ASAP after delivery.

4. If my order was delayed can I ask for a refund?

If the order was not delivered in 60 working days, you can ask to cancel the shipment and receive a refund, if 60 working days still not passed please continue to wait for your order delivery.
